Job Description

Join our team as a Carpenter Foreman overseeing projects at various sites within the Grand Rapids and Holland Area. This role involves managing multifamily projects ranging from 15 to 250 unit apartment complexes. As a Working Foreman, you will provide day-to-day direct communication to a crew of 3-4 individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and completion of multifamily projects at different sites.
• Provide daily communication and direction to a crew of 3-4 team members.
• Coordinate and ensure the quality of trim carpentry work.
• Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes accurately.

Essential Skills

• Experience in multifamily construction projects.
• Proficiency in trim carpentry.
• Previous experience as a Lead or Working Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and scopes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alto, MI.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
