Day Shift Janitor / Commercial Cleaner (Government Facility)

Pay: Starting at $15.50 – $18.50 / hour — We pay every week on Fridays!

What You'll Do (The Role)

As a Commercial Cleaner in a government facility, you are responsible for maintaining a spotless, professional, and compliant environment. Due to the nature of the facility, strict adherence to protocol and security measures is required.

Daily duties include:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming high-traffic areas and office spaces.

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms to strict hygienic standards.

• Emptying trash and recycling bins in accordance with facility disposal protocols.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality and respecting facility security boundaries at all times.

Physical Requirements: This is an active, physically demanding role. You will be on your feet, moving at an efficient pace, and performing repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, and vacuuming.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Working in a Federal environment requires an elevated level of trust and documentation. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of passing an extensive federal background check, fingerprinting, and a comprehensive drug screening to obtain facility clearance.

• Reliability & Clean Record: Absolutely no felony convictions or active legal dependencies. Clean background is mandatory for access.

• Work History: At least 1 year of stable, verifiable work experience within the last 5 years. Prior commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.

• Transportation: Must have your own dependable transportation to guarantee reliable attendance.
