We are seeking a dedicated field service technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing doors, performing MIG wire feed welding on galvanized and steel hollow metal door frames, and working in the field on various projects. Your work will involve welding on doors and hinges, installing new doors, upgrading existing systems, and maintaining and troubleshooting current systems as needed. Expect to handle 3-5 jobs per day, working with clients such as schools, hospitals, retail stores, and restaurants. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and experienced candidates will find opportunities for fast-tracked internal growth and promotions.
ResponsibilitiesWe offer a 90-day pay review and a 5% 401K annual payout, even if you're not contributing. We provide a company vehicle and opportunities to gain certifications to move into an electronics role. Work EnvironmentWork hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for additional hours, totaling 40-45 hours per week. This is a family-owned company with a strong sense of community, where the owner knows everyone. The work involves field service, and you will be part of a very tight-knit group.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00/hr.
