We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for event planning and execution. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to ensure every event is delivered smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.

  • Welcome and assist guests during events while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Monitor event timelines and help ensure activities run efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate event records and administrative documentation.
  • Provide general support to the event management team as needed.
