Position Overview
Impactia Corp is seeking a motivated and reliable Events Assistant for an immediate start to support the planning and execution of in-person events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
* Support event logistics, including materials and equipment coordination
* Interact with event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
* Distribute promotional materials and provide event information
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
* Maintain organization of event supplies and materials
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous event or customer service experience is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
