Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility
• Operate overhead cranes to transport and position materials as needed
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
• Move, stage, and organize materials in designated warehouse and production areas
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory control and material handling tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Overhead crane operating experience required
• Ability to safely handle and transport materials of various sizes and weights
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
