work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital employee files with strict confidentiality and high accuracy.
- Provide daily support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling routine HR inquiries.
- Help plan, organize, and execute fun company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Assist with preparing new hire packets, tracking paperwork, and coordinating smooth onboarding experiences.
- Help input and maintain accurate workforce data in HR systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications - Prior experience in an administrative support, office management, or HR assistant role.
- Organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially when managing files and documentation.
- Solid communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Absolute discretion and commitment to handling sensitive, confidential information.
