Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant supports the Senior HR Manager and provides comprehensive administrative assistance across the HR department. Serving as a primary point of contact for the HR office, this role handles general employee inquiries, directs staff to appropriate resources, and provides info regarding programs, policies, and activities.
Note: This is a full-time, on-site contract position requiring daily presence in the facility for a period of two-three months. Please apply directly if qualified and interested!

Responsibilities
- Compliance & Records: Ensures EEO/ADA/ADEA posting compliance across facilities. Maintains physical bulletin boards, personnel files, and state/federal regulatory documentation.
- HR Systems & Data: Enters data into the HCM database, processes system reports, maintains org charts, and manages badge access updates.
- Onboarding & Coordination: Coordinates new hire orientation and assists with company events, newsletters, safety initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
- Recruitment & Admin: Assists recruiters with interview scheduling and tracking. Manages incoming/outgoing HR mail and coordinates life-event gifts.
- Expenses & Operations: Processes and reconciles departmental expenses and invoices via Concur. Manages office coffee and supply inventory.
- Leave & Daily Support: Processes Jury Duty, Bereavement, and Wellness Day notices. Responds to daily employee inquiries and directs staff to appropriate resources.
