Responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate and conduct onboarding processes, ensuring new hires complete required documentation, policy reviews, and training materials.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end scheduling of interviews, serving as the primary point of contact to guide both hiring managers and candidates through the process.
- Timecard & Payroll Admin: Assist with weekly timecard tracking, auditing hours for accuracy, and following up with employees and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a reliable first point of contact for employee inquiries, HR communications and assisting with basic policy questions.
- HR Administrative Support: Maintain digital and physical employee files, process HR data entry, and support the team with daily administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
