Job Description

Salary: $31,200 - 41,600 per year Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in an MSP, multi-client, or high-volume IT setting
• CompTIA A+ certification or commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days
• Strong understanding of IT usage in business environments
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism when engaging with clients
• Strong communication skills, exhibiting patience and clarity under pressure

• Deliver white-glove technical support to a varied clientele across multiple sectors
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting for Windows and Mac workstations, Microsoft 365 management, basic networking (VLANs, Wi-Fi, Firewalls), and peripheral hardware
• Conduct on-site visits for hardware installations, network closet cleanups, and urgent fixes
• Maintain thorough documentation in Ranger, our ticket tracking system
• Efficiently resolve tickets on-site while recognizing when to escalate to Team Leads or Senior Engineers to limit client downtime
