Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 4 years of leadership experience working with process or service teams.
• We require a bachelors degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 8 years of IT experience.
• We require at least 4 years of experience implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.

• We lead business-focused projects by applying deep subject matter expertise, setting work plans, coordinating resources, and driving delivery to meet priorities and deadlines.
• We collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly, provide guidance, and support team development through feedback and mentoring.
• We drive ITSM process and service implementation by documenting requirements and acceptance criteria with process owners and key partners.
• We help define goals, deliverables, and governance guardrails to support efficient, measurable, and sustainable processes and services.
• We ensure release notes, training content, and documentation are accurate and properly maintained in the right repositories.
• We execute ITSM roadmaps so our processes and services stay aligned with stakeholder needs.
• We partner with IT teams and service users to develop performance metrics and measurement tools.
• We lead process improvement initiatives, identify gaps in existing services and portfolios, and recommend enhancements.
• We develop, document, maintain, and audit ITSM processes and procedures.
• We make decisions on process improvements and third-party tools needed for implementation.
• We work with internal and external stakeholders to align standardized processes, services, and procedures.
• We ensure users receive the training needed to execute processes and services correctly.
• We validate performance metrics against success criteria and oversee deliverable control.
• We recommend actions to address performance issues and investigate significant deviations to reinforce policy compliance.
• We advocate for adherence to ITSM policies and procedures across the enterprise.
• We assist with negotiating statements of work with service providers related to ITSM development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance.

We are seeking a senior IT Consultant within our DevSecOps Platform and Automation Services organization, with a primary emphasis on strategic initiatives including Dev2030 and our Internal Developer Portal. This role combines SAFe Agile Scrum Master facilitation, project and program management, and business management across technical and financial areas. You will work closely with engineering, platform, security, vendor partners, and developer experience teams to turn standards, developer needs, and business goals into prioritized features and user stories. You will support an agile delivery model while receiving direction from platform architects and senior leaders, and you will help advance developer productivity, self-service capabilities, and standardized golden paths that accelerate software delivery across the enterprise. This is a flexible position, and the selected candidate may need to report to our Greensboro, NC office up to 3 days per week.
