Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in DeRidder, Louisiana, committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and active local and global outreach. We are seeking a Lead Pastor who will serve at our church through engaged ministry and leadership.
The Role
The Lead Pastor will provide Christ-centered spiritual leadership to the congregation, cast and steward vision, equip believers for ministry, and lead the church in disciple-making, evangelism, and community engagement. The pastor will be supported by a congregationally led body of believers and will lead the church based on the Bible and in adherence to the church’s Constitution and Bylaws.

Affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
Proven pastoral experience to set vision, build teams, and develop leaders.
Shepherd’s heart for a multigenerational church.
Southern Baptist education (bachelor’s required, master’s preferred).
