Litify BA
Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
Experience using Jira to create and manage user stories, applying the definition of ready to ensure quality and clarity.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units, Litify business teams, and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Litify
Process Mapping and Optimization: Map current legal workflows and processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements leveraging Litify capabilities.
Creation of User Stories: Develop clear and actionable user stories based on the definition of ready, ensuring requirements are well understood and prioritized for implementation.
Develop and Maintain Backlog: Responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy backlog of user stories by working closely with business owners and technical product owners to ensure prioritization and clarity of requirements.
Coordination with Scrum Master and Development Team: Work closely with the scrum master and development team to review requirements, assess backlog readiness, and ensure alignment of user stories and solutions with Salesforce best practices and standards.
