Responsibilities

• Provide expert gynecological and obstetric care to patients
• Perform routine examinations and prenatal check-ups
• Conduct surgeries as needed, including cesarean sections
• Manage patient medical records and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and medical professionals for comprehensive care
• Stay updated on advancements in obstetrics and gynecology
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) degree
• Current medical license to practice in the state of Michigan
• Strong clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Experience in a clinical practice setting is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

OB Call: 24-hour shifts, 1:3 or 1:4 rotation

Daily Volume: 20 patients

Annual Volume: 250-300 deliveries

Full subspecialty support

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
