Randstad is seeking a reliable, organized entry-level Office Assistant to support a company's daily operations and serve as primary backup for incoming phone calls. You will be the friendly voice of a financial services agency, helping direct client inquiries, manage general administrative duties, and keep a client services firm's office running smoothly. This is a great role for someone entry-level, looking to gain professional office experience. This company offers:

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Front-Line Communication: Answer overflow phone calls, greet visiting clients, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: File, scan, and organize client documentation, policies, and records in accordance with privacy compliance guidelines.
- Mail & Mailings: Sort incoming physical mail, manage outgoing client mailings, and process incoming email or fax inquiries.
- Data Entry: Assist account managers by updating client profile information and logging policy updates in our management system.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory, restock workstations, and ensure the lobby/reception area remains presentable.
