  • Assisting management with invoicing once projects are completed

  • Assisting estimators with locating materials and researching pricing

  • Maintaining inventory of marketing materials, literature, and company supplies

  • Assisting with social media accounts and email communication with customers and prospects

  • Helping organize and improve office processes as the company grows

  • Handling last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, call-outs, and other day-to-day operational needs

What We Value

FAMILY – We believe people come first. We want our customers and team members to feel like they are part of the TruBlue family.

INTEGRITY – We treat people with respect, communicate openly, and do what we say we are going to do.

TRUST – Trust is earned through reliability, honesty, and follow-through.

QUALITY – We take pride in our work and strive to provide an excellent experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience using CRM or scheduling platforms

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Nextdoor

  • The ability to work effectively with a diverse team

  • A basic understanding of business efficiency, expenses, and profitability

  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This position will initially be primarily remote, with the possibility of working from a Knoxville-area office in the future as the company grows.

We are actively interviewing for this position. If you're organized, dependable, great with customers, and excited about helping build a growing East Tennessee company, we'd love to hear from you.
