Day to day, you will spend your time entering, updating, and auditing records inside digital filing systems, making sure information is accurate, complete, and easy for teammates to find. People who thrive in this role enjoy quiet, focused work, take pride in getting details right, and are comfortable following established procedures while flagging anything that looks off. It is a steady, dependable role for someone who wants to grow their administrative skills within a supportive remote team.

  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting
  • Organize and index digital files according to established naming conventions
  • Retrieve and prepare records in response to internal requests
  • Monitor record retention schedules and flag items for archiving or disposal
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and protected information
  • Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies in records
  • Scan, convert, and file paper documents into digital formats
  • Assist with routine audits of recordkeeping systems
  • Support the team with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary, though prior clerical or data entry exposure is a plus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the US
  • Home office equipment stipend
  • Paid training and onboarding support
  • Opportunities for advancement into senior administrative roles
  • Employee assistance program
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Company-sponsored wellness resources
