Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on Salesforce knowledge, and experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project execution.
Oversee integrations, data migration, release management, and user adoption activities.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills
12+ years of Project Management experience with 4+ years managing Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Integrations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
