Job Description

Salary: $139,000 - 179,000 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for 4+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistics in an industry environment, with a demonstrated history of producing meaningful outcomes.
• We require a PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• We need experience building and deploying machine learning models.
• We need experience with experiment design, launch strategy, analysis, and reporting.
• We require 4+ years of Python development experience.
• We need experience presenting findings to stakeholders.
• We value experience leading important technical initiatives and significantly shaping the direction and output of others.
• We require a Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• We implement advanced machine learning models to address complex challenges across multiple pricing areas.
• We design, run, and analyze sophisticated experiments in partnership with product, business, and engineering teams.
• We serve as a subject matter expert in a machine learning or experimentation domain.
• We build state-of-the-art ML solutions and validate the impact of algorithmic changes on key business metrics.
• We present recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
• We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
