Skilled Upholsterer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.86 to $27.54 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:30pm )

• Upholster task chairs, sofas, and loveseats using fabric, leather, and vinyl according to design specifications.
• Read and follow work orders to ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete upholstery work efficiently and safely.
• Meet production goals by upholstering a variety of product styles while maintaining quality expectations.
• Lift and move materials up to 70 pounds and follow all workplace safety procedures.

Skilled Upholsterer Qualifications:

• Previous upholstery experience in furniture or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production instructions.
• Experience using upholstery hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet production and quality standards.
