Job Title: Commercial Solar Installer / Solar Laborer
Job Description
This role focuses on commercial rooftop solar projects, including the safe removal and reinstallation of existing solar systems on multi-story buildings. You will work as part of a field crew using hand and power tools to dismantle solar panels and racking, then reinstall and restore the system to full operation while following strict safety and fall protection procedures.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on, field-based role primarily on commercial rooftops, including work on two-story buildings. The work involves outdoor conditions and exposure to varying weather, with an emphasis on strict fall protection and safety practices. You will regularly use hand and power tools and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and working at heights. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pleasanton, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
