Job Duties

• Make every customer feel welcomed the moment they walk in, and help them find what they need with genuine care
• Ring up sales quickly and accurately, so customers never feel like they're waiting on you
• Handle cash and card payments with honesty and attention to detail, because trust is part of the job
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked and looking good throughout your shift, not just when someone asks
• Take pride in a clean, safe store, restrooms included, and jump on anything that needs fixing the moment you spot it
• Follow age-verification rules on restricted products every time, no exceptions, because it protects the store and the community
• Help customers at the pumps and EV charging stations with energy and a sense of urgency
• Notice what's running low or what's not working, and speak up or take action instead of waiting to be told
• Show up ready to own your shift: we're looking for people who see something that needs doing and just do it

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualification

• Previous retail experience
• Available to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Skill

• Friendly and respectful with customers
• Dependable and punctual
• Works well as part of a team
• Eager to learn the products and keeps learning over time
• Careful and accurate with transactions and restocking
• Comfortable using a touchscreen register and handling payments
• Stays calm and handles everyday problems on the floor

19-22$ (DOE) Per Hour
