Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients within the luxury goods sector via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections to assist customers with styling advice and inquiries.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professional etiquette.
• Resolve complex order, shipment, and warranty issues with empathy and high attention to detail.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium quality associated with the luxury retail experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts with precision within our specialized systems.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is required for this role.
• Proficiency in English for professional collaboration and training purposes.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A refined communication style, ideally with experience in luxury goods, high-end hospitality, or premium customer service.
• A strong desire to relocate and develop your career through one of our specialized Swedish-speaking jobs.
• Computer literacy and ability to adapt quickly to new digital CRM tools .
