Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking clients within the global transportation sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries regarding booking, routing, and transit schedules with precision.

• Collaborate with international operations teams to streamline transportation logistics and service recovery.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or residency status allowing you to accept one of our Swedish-speaking jobs.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex software platforms simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for providing efficient solutions to travelers.
