responsibilities:

• Develop and improve critical technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and job aids.

• Partner with subject matter experts, engineers, and operations teams to gather accurate technical information and verify document precision.

• Investigate and analyze complex technical data from various sources to design comprehensive documentation that satisfies user and floor requirements.

• Review, edit, and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and strict compliance with company style guidelines and quality standards.

• Manage documentation projects independently, tracking schedules, progress, and deliverables to consistently meet project deadlines.
