Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor dialysis treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis; monitor vital signs and laboratory values; respond to complications.
- Operate dialysis equipment, including Fresenius-T systems; ensure proper machine setup, maintenance, and safety checks.
- Document all treatments, patient responses, and progress in the Cerner electronic medical record; communicate changes to the nephrology team.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans, patient education, and discharge planning; uphold infection control and safety standards.

Requirements
- Dialysis nursing experience
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical record
- Experience with Fresenius-T dialysis systems
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days and nights
- Willingness to work in a hospital setting as a traveler
