Salary: $123,000 - 247,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a masters degree, or an equivalent background, in Data Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• We require 3 years of experience applying statistical analysis and machine learning.
• We require 24 months of experience using advanced causal inference methods, including treatment effect estimation, counterfactual analysis, and causal machine learning techniques such as Double Machine Learning, Meta-Learners, and Causal Forests.
• We require 24 months of experience applying statistical and machine learning methods to build predictive models and solve complex business challenges.
• We require 24 months of experience working in Python and using data analysis and machine learning tools such as Pandas, NumPy, LightGBM, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, EconML, and Statsmodels.
• We require 24 months of experience partnering with internal teams to assess model performance and turn analytical findings into practical recommendations.
• We require 24 months of experience using data visualization tools, including Tableau, to present analytical results and business insights.

• We design and evaluate experiments to support business decisions.
• We conduct research and develop predictive and causal models.
• We build marketplace optimization algorithms.
• We generate insights, data storytelling, and reporting to inform decision-making.
• We collaborate with internal teams to discuss model performance and translate findings into actionable strategies.
