Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require you to be pursuing a bachelors degree or a fifth-year masters degree, with an expected graduation between July 2026 and December 2026.
• You must have graduated by December 2026 and be available to begin full-time work in February 2027.
• Your studies should be in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or a related discipline.
• You should have experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting software solutions as part of an engineering team.
• You must be able to write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language, following established standards and best practices.
• You should be able to apply automation and modern tooling to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across the software development life cycle.
• You must be comfortable using approved AI development tools for tasks such as code drafting, refactoring, testing, and documentation, with appropriate review and validation.
• You need to critically assess AI-generated outputs and take accountability for the final quality, correctness, and security of your solutions.
• You should follow responsible AI practices in engineering workflows, including secure handling of inputs and outputs and attention to resiliency and security expectations.
• You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas, document your work, and collaborate effectively across teams and tools.
• A foundational understanding of software engineering concepts gained through coursework, projects, or internships is preferred.
• Experience tackling open-ended or ambiguous problems and iterating on solutions is preferred.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and when to apply them thoughtfully is preferred.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S., as we do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.

• We design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• We communicate clearly in writing and verbally, documenting solutions and articulating problems effectively.
• We collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders across teams to understand challenges, exchange ideas and feedback, and deliver dependable solutions.
• We use approved AI development tools to support code generation, refactoring, test creation, and documentation, while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
• We apply automation and modern tooling across the software development life cycle, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.
• We take part in programs such as Force for Good to contribute technology solutions that support social impact initiatives.
• We submit a complete application and resume, and complete the required coding challenge if advanced in the process.
